Bhaktapur Durbar Square

Bhaktapur is the ancient town of the valley and lies 13km east of  Kathmandu. The Bhaktapur Durbar Square consists of four distinct squares which are Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square, and Pottery Square. Hence, tourists highly visit this World Heritage site in the Kathmandu valley.

Important places: Besides Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the other attractions are 55 window palace, Nyatapola temple. Vatsala temple. Golden Gate, a statue of Bhupatindra Malla, etc.

Entrance fee: US$15 for a foreigner, Rs. 500 for SAARC nationals

Nagarkot is an easy escape from the busy schedule of life from every form of pollution. It is well-known place for mountain view and Kathmandu valley. It is full of greenery and traditional lifestyle. It is popular for sunrise and sunset view.
